The Challenge
Berry manufactures and distributes household products across Pakistan and several international markets. Their operation spans production planning, raw material procurement, finished goods management, and multi-channel distribution — with the added complexity of operations in multiple countries. No existing product was able to cover their full workflow, and the spreadsheets and manual records they relied on couldn't scale with the business. Visibility across factory output, inventory positions, and distribution performance in different markets was essentially nonexistent in real time.
What We Built
Syntropy designed and built a custom factory and distribution management system around Berry's specific operations. The system covers the full lifecycle: production planning and work-order management, raw material procurement and inventory, finished goods tracking across multiple warehouses, and distribution management for both Pakistan and international markets. A unified reporting layer gives management real-time visibility across factory output, inventory levels, and distribution performance — all in one system.
